Preparation
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard for 3 seconds
- Strain into an ice-filled highball, glass and top with cold club soda
- Garnish with a freshly sliced grapefruit half and two dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
