    Tequila Don Julio Reposado

  • 0.5 oz

    Beet & Orange Juice Blend

  • 0.25 oz

    Grapefruit Juice

  • 0.5 oz

    Lime Juice

  • 0.5 oz

    Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz

    Sparkling Water

  • dashes

    Salt Water

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients (except sparkling water) in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake gently and strain over ice into a collins glass.
  • Top with sparkling water, stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig and dehydrated orange wheel.
