Ingredients

  • 30 ml

    Don Julio Rosado

  • 30 ml

    Blanc Vermouth

  • 30 ml

    Grapefruit

  • 15 ml

    Lemon

  • 15 ml

    Simple Syrup

  • Club Soda

Preparation

  • Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard for 3 seconds
  • Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with cold club soda
  • Garnish with a freshly sliced grapefruit half and two dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
