    Don Julio Reposado Tequila

  • 22 ml

    Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

  • 15 ml

    Fresh Squeezed Pineapple Juice

  • 15 ml

    Ginger Honey Syrup

  • 1

    Ready-To-Eat Cooked Beet Cube

  • 1

    Mint sprig

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake well.
  • Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with mint sprig.
